I hope that you are all having a wonderful Holiday Vacation! As promised, I have included some extra credit problems that you will be able to complete. There are some math problems and there is a Times For Kids worksheet. Please complete all of the problems on a separate sheet of paper and make sure that you label the title: Extra Credit. You may choose to just complete math or Times for Kids for 10 extra points; however if you complete both assignments you will receive an extra 20 points. You must complete all five math problems in order to receive full credit. If you have any questions please email me!!

1. You finally get an allowance. You out $2 away in January, $4 away in February, $8 away in March, and $16 away in April. If you continue this pattern, how much money will you save in May and June?

4. At a recent cleanup of the local stream, David picked up 30 pieces of trash, Susan picked up 20 pieces, Sarah picked up 25 pieces and Jane picked up the most at 50 pieces of trash. How many pieces of trash did the girls pick up
